Technical Proposal - Deways

I had the opportunity to design a comprehensive 60-page business proposal for the Centralized Parking Management System for the Riyadh Airports Company. The project was urgent, with a tight deadline of just one week to complete the proposal. The main objective was to create a professional, modern, and well-structured document that clearly outlined the benefits of the parking management system and detailed its operational aspects.

To achieve this, I focused on presenting the information in a clear and engaging way, using visuals, charts, and bullet points to highlight key points. Throughout the week, I collaborated closely with the client to ensure that their needs were met and that the proposal accurately reflected their vision. The end result was a polished proposal that not only met the client's expectations but also provided a strong case for the benefits of the system.
